A Kiss Can Be Really Harmful For Our Health


We all have heard that our mouth is the nastiest place of our body, just is because our saliva contains various kind of microorganisms. A human bite can be more dangerous than a dog’s bite due to it’s numerous & larger bacteria content, every day around the globe we are sharing infinite number of kisses, few are on cheeks, few other are on hand of each other but a mouth to mouth kiss really have some bigger, nasty, and harmful side effects from which most of us are still unaware.

Although kisses (only mouth to mouth kisses) have some common health benefits like it burns calories and help us in overcoming our stresses up to a certain level but it also transmits a small number of disease-causing bacteria and viruses or blood of another person, kissing can be a beginning step to take two people’s relation to a whole new level but you must remember it may also cause some common or some serious diseases to your beloved one.'


As per the results of various researches a single kiss can transmit minimum 500 bacteria from one’s mouth to another,  topic of this post is particularly that type of kiss that involves the exchange of saliva like french kiss, wet kiss, etc.

                               
Possible diseases that can be transmitted through kissing are as per following:

2. Herpes Infection
3. Hepatitis – B
4. Infectious Mononucleosis
5.  Warts
6. Meningococcal Disease
7. Tooth Decay
8. Gum Diseases

Preventions one should take while kissing:
·         Avoid kissing when you or the person you want to kiss is sick.
·         Avoid any kind of lips to lips or wet kissing when you or the other person have cold or some kind of fever, warts or ulcers on the lips or inside the mouth.
·         Keep following a good routine hygiene for your lips, tongue, teeth and mouth.
·         Consult with your doctor about the diseases and take some vaccination or medicines for treatment or for prevention as soon as possible.
