All We Need To Know About Zika Virus.

Although Medical Science Knows about Zika virus almost from seven decades, but it emerged as a serious, deadly, harmful outbreak for humanity from last few years. As per the decades passed this virus muted and keep becoming more & more lethal. There are still so many things about this diseases from which we are still unknown. But one thing we all know that it’s one of the deadliest & strangest diseases spreading around the globe.

In most of the cases Zika never shows common symptoms of illness like joint pain, fever, rashes, weakness, cold, muscle ache, red eyes, etc. maximum after a month from getting infected it can be checked through the blood or urine test. Zika most importantly a major concern for pregnant women, this disease is so dangerous for them that it can latterly demolish the fetus and can become a hanging sword over the life of the mother.

The primary medium of transfer for Zika are mosquitoes (Aedes & Aegypti type of mosquitoes are the main reason for this disease), Zika can also be transferred through all kind of sexual activities like vaginal sex, oral sex, anal sex or sharing the sex toys, it can also cause birth defects in newborn baby, doctors are now clearly suggesting getting tested about Zika before planning for a baby, if one of the partners visited a Zika infected country they should wait at least for 8 weeks even for having a casual protected sex.

Medical science still not sure about if this virus can affect under development brain of the fetus, what are the effects of this diseases on a living person’s brain. Scientist still not have any idea about how to determine exact physical damage or delayed development can be detected in a Zika infected fetus, it’s a physically undetectable disease. It is also possible that Zika can make a compound with other mosquito’s transmitted virus like dengue and chikungunya, these three viruses were once spreading in brazil in 2015 and there were so many cases found who was infected by two of these viruses at the same time. But it’s still unknown that is it any kind of compound of virus or just other viruses are performing as a catalyst for Zika.

Zika was first discovered in monkeys (Similar to HIV) in Uganda in 1947 and the first human case was found in the same place in the year 1952. In 1980 lots of people in Africa and Asia got affected with this disease but up till then Zika showed a mild illness in its victims, but from 2007 it emerged in massive outbreaks many times and shows itself as a very lethal virus that’s why scientist believe that Zika can be mutated virus which is getting more & more dangerous with passing decades. It has ended thousands of lives around the globe up till now. Now Zika have victimized around 60 nations, a few years ago we were thinking it’s just another kind flu causes fever, platelets loss, ache etc. but in last 2-4 years we get to know that it can cause neurological disorders, birth defects, and miscarriages as well, science still unknown with the other long term effects Zika can cause. And due to the temperature rising and climate changes earth is becoming a much habitable place for this disease, this virus can stay in human blood without showing any activity around for one week and can stay for much longer in other body fluids like semen, saliva, and urine.

As per the recent researches Zika can stay in semen for 62 days it means it can be transferred into the partner even after man seems recovered so we can say it was nothing less than a surprise for medical science because before Zika science never seen a mosquito’s transfer virus can be sexually transmitted and can cause birth defects. This disease usually affects lower income communities, if you don’t have an air conditioner at your home & shields at your windows and you and your family are quite familiar to mosquito bites this virus can easily affect
you.

Diseases That Can Be Transmitted Through Oral Sex

Is it possible that someone gets infected with any sexually transmitted diseases (STD) due to oral sex? Yes, very much possible, many STD like chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis etc. can be transferred through oral sex. However, one can protect himself/herself from getting any STD by using a condom. As per the technical explanation oral sex is when someone touches his or her lips tongue or mouth to someone’s genital parts, anus, or area around these two. Many STD shows no symptoms.

Oral sex is a very much common sexual activity in sexually active adults , as per the results of various global and national level surveys more than 80% of sexually active adults and youth( 15- 50 years old) had oral sex at least once in their life till yet, it is a very much common love making technique in both heterosexuals as well as homosexuals, but very few people know that it(oral sex) can even transfer serious and deadly diseases cancer and HIV, for example, if the person whom with one is having sex have a cut on his/her lips or somewhere around the lips or anywhere inside the mouth, or on his/her genital part or area around the genital part the other person immediately get infected with HIV through the blood or the semen(cum) if they aren’t having protected sex. Secondly, if we take for example that one person among a sex having couple has any kind of gum or mouth cancer, genital cancer or any other mouth’s & genetical diseases, there is a very strong chance that another person who was fit and fine just a while ago, will get infected with the same disease. These chances of getting infected can only be reduced up to a certain level by having protected sex and controlled sex life.

Diseases that can be transmitted through oral sex:
Chlamydia
Gonorrhoea
Syphilis
HSV 1&2
HPV
HIV
Herpes
Trichomoniasis
Genital Infections
Throat Infections
Rectum Infections
Urinary System Infections

Preventions (ways of reducing the risks):

Have protected sex, use condom & dental dam etc.

Cover the penis specifically non-lubricated latex condom(in easy terms avoid 5bucks costing condoms)

Use high-quality plastic (polyurethane) condoms if the partner is allergic to latex.

Cut a condom and open in the square shape and put it b/w the mouth and partner’s genital parts(penis/vagina) while having oral sexual activity.

Prefer oral sex only with partners whom you are in a long-term relationship and you are sure about that your partner isn’t infected with any kind of STD

Get a proper check-up from a doctor and talk to your doctor openly about the situations & problems.

These diseases can be way much harmful to a pregnant lady and the child inside her womb so it’s a clear and straight suggestion, avoid any kind of sexual activity even from the day one of pregnancy.

Few STD has some symptoms too as per following:

A strange kind of discharge from vagina or penis, it can be bloody too.

Sometimes it feels like burning inside or at the edges of genital parts while urinating

Swollen or painful penis or vagina lips

Rectal discharge & pain

Sexually Transmitted Diseases In Homosexuals

Sexually Transmitted Diseases have increased enormously among the gay, bisexual men and lesbian women around the globe, as per the facts and results of various surveys Sexual disorders and diseases have increased and victimized more than 50% homosexual persons around the globe, this figure is even higher than 80% in developed and western nations like USA, Mexico, Most of the Europe etc.

Most common diseases spreading among people are anal, oral cancer and various kind of anal, oral infections, the possibility of such kind of diseases are 17 times more in homosexual persons rather than any heterosexual guy or lady. As per the many government and social level surveys around the globe possibility of many partners or changing various partners are higher in homosexual persons due to this they are highly victimized with HIV virus, total percentage of HIV+ homosexual among whole homosexual population around the world is much higher than the percentage of HIV+ Heterosexual persons among whole Heterosexual population.

For living a healthy life people must use a condom and have protected sex, most of the time condom gives total security from cancer, HIV, and other sexually transmitted diseases if they(condoms) failed sometimes it means they aren’t used properly. HIV and other sexual diseases can be spread through unprotected anal, oral, or vaginal sexual contact or just by skin to skin touch of genital parts, some sexual disorders and diseases can also be transmitted through the contact with the area around the genital parts even when persons are protected with condoms.

Not even any kind of sexual contact few such kind of diseases (like HIV, chlamydia, and gonorrhea) can be spread by body fluid like semen(cum) or blood. So, people must beware even when they are kissing their partner or just taking their semen inside them you through oral and anal activities, Sexual diseases can be transferred even by a little cut in the skin of mouth, anal or area around the genital parts. Most of the STD doesn’t show any kind of symptoms, the only way to check it is to get properly tested by doctors when someone has even the simplest, smallest, and most common sexual diseases like herpes, chances of getting HIV increases up to 200%.

Every gay, bisexual, lesbian who ever have sex with a person of similar gender should be tested on the regular basis. The only way to know about the status of these diseases is to get tested, this is very important for every person’s and their partner’s health. Doctors recommend that every Homosexual person should get a test for HIV at least once in a year and for other diseases once in 3 or 6 months.

How to prevent sexually transmitted diseases:
If anyone is sexually active, he/she is at the risk of STDs however there are lots of things people can prefer as precautions:

Get Vaccinated: Heterosexual and homosexual both kinds of persons have chances to be infected with diseases like hepatitis-A, hepatitis-B, or HPV following diseases have some precautions as well as cures, doctors recommended to be vaccinated against above mentioned and some other diseases up to the age of 26.

There are few more things along with getting tested and vaccinated that a person should do on the individual, mental and on social levels:

· Talk honestly with your partner about sexually transmitted diseases and get properly tested before having sex.

·      Never forget to use condoms properly in right manner every time when having sex.

·      Avoid using any kind of alcohol or drugs while having sex it can degrade your ability to make right decisions and bring you towards greater risks like having unprotected sex.

Try to limit your sexual partners, if you will have sex only with one person who have sex only with you, the risks of any kind of STD infections will be minimum in both persons and it will lead you a happy & healthy social and love life.
